My little girls

It is a natural progression really that as Sarah gets older she spends more time with friends and her own interests just as Danielle did, which leaves me with my little girls on our own quite a bit these days.

I am increasingly aware of how little time I have left in my 'full-time' mum role so try to do as many fun things with them as I can.

Simple things like watching a movie, going for a walk or more elaborate excursions. This is a recent one to the monkeys in Launceston. Just candid shots I haven't cut n polished any of them (because I don't know how and don't have time).

These are also my recent 'fat' photos. Hmmm not a good look, but a 2.1kg loss this week has me on my way to slimdomville.

I Love this one, the pic of the girls conked out in the car is priceless.
Thank god there's finally a picture of you, whey did I expect you to have really white skin and dark hair?? Who knows. I actually saw a pic of you this week on Vanessa's forum and was really happy to put a face to the blog.

How have you managed to loose so much weight, what kind of diet are you on? If only I had willpower. My sister just stated the atkins diet but it seems so wrong to me.
Have a good weekend,
Em

Weight Watchers Online Emma. You can eat ANYTHING it is all about portion sizes and appropriate choices. Last week some of my meals included Lasagna, Pizza and Garlic Bread, Combination Noodles and I also had some ice-cream and chocolate pudding - mmmmmm yummy and lost 2.1kg. All foods are allocated a 'point' value and you have an alloted number of points per day that you can eat. The biggest thing I have had to do is reduce potion sizes, my food choices arent that bad most days just the amounts, somewhere along the way I was dishing up and eating the same size meal as DH would get.
A bit of exercise and voila!
